Multiple-award-winning restaurant in the half-timbered village of Beilstein, serving Moselle regional, seasonal and inventive dishes. The hotel was rebuilt in 2017 and 2018 and offers a high standard of comfort.

A cosy tavern with a vine-covered terrace at the foot of the famous monastery steps, in the fully listed village of Beilstein. Moselle wine from its own vineyards; the house speciality is Marie Luise Sausen’s warm bacon and potato salad. Open from Easter to All Saints’ Day, 11.30am to 10pm, closed Tuesdays.

The Ostermann family runs this house on Beilstein’s market square. The restaurant is known for its good cooking with regional dishes, and the property also includes twelve rooms and a guest house in an old winemaker’s building.

Family business run by Julia Lipmann and Bastian Herdzina, with a restaurant in the historic Old Customs House and a terrace overlooking the Moselle. Head chef Julia cooks a freshly prepared three-course menu that changes daily, and wine tastings are held in the Zehnthaus cellar. Usually open daily from 5pm.

A cosy estate tavern with the motto “meet friends, experience culture, enjoy wine”. Since 2004 the restaurant has served Moselle regional cuisine and game dishes made from regional venison from its own hunting ground, along with wine tastings and wine hikes directly with the winemaker.
