Original oak floors from 1911 form the basis for a successful combination of historic and contemporary design. With 170 m² of living space, the Jakobhof offers plenty of room to spend time with family and friends. In front of the house is a cosy garden with a barbecue. On the ground floor is the fully equipped kitchen and a separate dining room with a large table. From the dining room you step straight out onto the large sun terrace. The living room with sofa and large flat-screen TV invites you to linger together. The bedrooms and bathrooms are on the first floor.
